Cutting Boards

 

Maple and PaduakEnd grain cutting boards help prolong the sharpness of your knives by allowing the blade to lightly penetrate the wood unlike cross grain cutting boards, which dull knives quicker by cutting across the wood grain. The cutting boards are 1 1/2″ thick, the cheese boards are 5/8″ thick, both can be made from a variety of hardwood.
